Canyon County
Gunite pool design, engineering, and construction, managed start to finish.
About Caldwell
Caldwell is the county seat of Canyon County and sits at the western edge of Treasure Valley, adjacent to Idaho's Snake River AVA wine country. Homeowners here often have larger properties and an appreciation for well-built outdoor spaces, the kind of backyard that complements the region's agricultural character.
Maverick builds custom gunite pools in Caldwell with the same project management standard we bring to every city in Treasure Valley. We design it, engineer it, permit it through Canyon County, and manage every phase of construction through handover.
Whether you're building on an acreage property or in an established Caldwell neighborhood, our process stays the same: one point of contact, no handoffs, and a finished pool that's worth the investment. We also serve the nearby community of Middleton and all of western Canyon County.
Our Process
We start with a site walk in Caldwell, produce a 3D rendering, and manage all permit submissions with Canyon County and local jurisdictions.
We schedule and oversee every trade, excavation, steel, gunite, plumbing, electrical, tile, and decking, from start to finish.
We walk the completed project with you, review every system, and hand over a pool that's ready to swim in.
Why Maverick
You deal with one person from design through handover. No getting handed off to a foreman or managing multiple contacts.
Every pool we build in Caldwell is designed from scratch for your property, your vision, and your budget.
We know the permit process, the soil conditions, and the build season in Canyon County. That knowledge keeps your project on track.
