Our Story
Maverick Pools was built on a simple premise: most pool projects fail because there's no one truly accountable for the outcome. Builders subcontract everything out and move to the next project. The homeowner ends up coordinating trades, chasing inspections, and managing problems they never signed up for.
We are the project management layer. We design it, engineer it, permit it, coordinate every vetted subcontractor, and inspect every phase. You get one point of contact from the first site walk to the day you swim.
We install Hayward equipment as standard on every project — pumps, filters, heaters, and OmniLogic automation. Proven manufacturer, strong dealer support, accessible parts nationwide.
Treasure Valley, Idaho (Maverick Pools LLC) and Bakersfield, California (Maverick Construction Inc., CA License #1127324). Two markets, the same operational discipline.
We don't offer fiberglass or vinyl liner pools. Focus produces expertise, and expertise produces better outcomes.

After 15 years in civil engineering and construction, Reagan saw a consistent pattern: the homeowner always ended up managing the job themselves. Maverick was built to change that. Reagan assembled a team of specialists he trusts, built a process around accountability, and created a company where someone actually owns the result.
