Yes — we build throughout Boise, including the North End, Foothills, East End, Bench, and all surrounding neighborhoods. We are familiar with Ada County permitting requirements.
Boise requires a building permit, electrical permit, and health department approval for private pools. We handle all submissions and follow-up directly with the City of Boise.
From permit approval to final walkthrough is typically 10–16 weeks. We recommend starting your design consultation in early winter so permitting is complete before the May build season.
The primary construction window is May through October. We schedule projects to start in spring and target completion before fall. Some phases can extend into early November depending on weather.
