Concept Design + 3D Rendering

Our designer produces a fully realized 3D rendering of your pool using VIP3D software. You can see exactly what the finished space will look like — pool shape, water features, coping, decking, and landscaping — before a single shovel hits the ground.

Proposal + Contract

We present a detailed line-item proposal covering every phase of the build. No vague allowances or "TBD" line items. You know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before you sign.

Engineering + Permitting

We engage a licensed structural engineer to certify the pool design and prepare stamped drawings. We submit all permit applications on your behalf — building, electrical, and health department — and manage the process through approval.

Construction Management

We schedule, coordinate, and inspect every phase: excavation, steel, gunite, plumbing, electrical, tile, coping, decking, and equipment installation. We are your single point of contact. You get progress updates. We handle every subcontractor.

Final Walkthrough + Handover

Before we consider the job done, we walk the completed project with you. We review every system, show you how to operate the Hayward equipment, and confirm everything is right. You don't pay the final invoice until you're satisfied.
